a little about dayzee.

I have always been a beach gal. Growing up in the small coastal town of Brooms Head, located in northern New South Wales, I was lucky enough to have the beach right at my doorstep—literally. From the time I was a tiny toddler, my days were spent in the sun and sand with my two older sisters, mum, and dad. Surfing, swimming, building drip castles (IYKYK), and everything in between. To get to the point, Brooms Head has always been a grounding place for me, where the ocean breeze carries away life’s stresses and the carefree feeling of childhood rushes back. It's a place where time slows down, and the joy of just being in the moment takes over.

When I created Dayzee, I wanted to capture that same sense of fun, relaxation, and warmth that the beach gave me. My goal was to design towels that are not only bold and colourful but also of exceptional quality—big enough to stretch out on, soft enough to wrap yourself in, and durable enough to last through countless Australian summers.

Dayzee isn’t just about towels; it’s about carrying that beachside spirit into everyday life. Whether you're relaxing at the beach, lounging by the pool, or creating your own self-care escape at home, these towels bring a little piece of coastal joy to wherever you are.
